This confidentiality agreement was developed in accordance with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Personal Data” and other normative acts of Ukrainian legislation regulating legal relations related to the collection, processing, and storage of personal data.
This Privacy Policy (hereinafter – the “Privacy Policy”) is an integral part of the terms of use of the Site, concluded between the visitor (hereinafter the “User”) and the NGO “ALL UKRAINIAN ASSOCIATION OF HELP FOR PATIENTS WITH MUCOSIC FIBROSIS” charitable organization regarding the use of the site: https://cf-ukraine .org/ (hereinafter “Site”).
1. DEFINITION OF TERMS
1.1. The following terms are used in this Privacy Policy:
1.1.1. “Administration of the site of the Charitable Fund (hereinafter referred to as the Site Administration)” – authorized administrators of the site, acting on behalf of the Charitable Organization “Charitable Fund “ALL-UKRAINIAN ASSOCIATION OF ASSISTANCE FOR PATIENTS WITH MUCOSTIC FICIDOS”, who organize the processing of personal data, as well as determine the purposes of personal data processing, the composition of personal data to be processed, actions or operations carried out with personal data.
1.1.2. “Personal data” is any information that relates to a specific natural person (subject of personal data) and can identify him or her directly or indirectly.
1.1.3. “Processing of personal data” – any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) carried out with the use of automation tools or without the use of such tools with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, change), use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data.
1.1.4. “Confidentiality of personal data” is the obligation of the Administrator or another person who has access to personal data to ensure their protection against unauthorized access, use, modification or distribution without the consent of the relevant subject of personal data or a legal basis.
1.1.5. “The user of the website of the Charitable Organization “ALL UKRAINIAN ASSOCIATION OF ASSISTANCE TO PATIENTS WITH MUCOSFICIDOSIS” is a person who has access to the website of the Charitable Foundation and uses it via the Internet.
1.1.6. “Cookies” are a small piece of data that the web server sends to the user’s computer through the web browser at the first visit to the corresponding site. This fragment is stored on the user’s computer and is subsequently used by the web browser to identify the user each time the site is visited and transmit the information back to the web server via an HTTP request.
1.1.7. “IP address” is a unique network address of a node in a computer network built according to the IP protocol.
2. SUBJECT OF PRIVACY POLICY
2.1. By using the site, as well as answering the necessary questions in the questionnaire when registering or making a purchase, the user confirms that he is an adult, and also gives his consent to the Charitable organization “All-UKRAINIAN ASSOCIATION OF HELP FOR PATIENTS WITH MUCOSTIC FIBROSIS” and its authorized persons to the processing of personal data data
2.2. The user gives his consent to the administration of the site for the processing of the received information, including the collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, correction), use, distribution, depersonalization, blocking, destruction of personal data specified in the questionnaire. These actions can be carried out for the purpose of activities aimed at forming a database of participants, compiling statistical reports, and conducting marketing research. Also, for the purpose of interacting with the user, including telecommunication networks, sending SMS messages and e-mails, until such consent is withdrawn.
2.3. The User confirms his agreement with the fact that the Site Administration has the right to interact with the User by making direct contacts using various means of communication, including postal mail, e-mail, the Internet and other means.
2.4. Personal data permitted to be processed under this Privacy Policy includes, but is not limited to, the following categories of information: user’s full name, user’s contact phone number, email address.
3. PURPOSE OF COLLECTION AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
3.1. The User’s personal information is used by the Charitable Foundation “ALL-UKRAINIAN ASSOCIATION FOR HELP TO PATIENTS WITH MUCOSFICIDOS” for the following purposes:
● identification of the User;
● providing the User with effective support;
● communication with the User, including the direction of messages, requests and information related to the processing of requests and applications from the User;
● conducting statistical and other research based on depersonalized data.
