New Year’s Greetings for 2026

Dear parents, patients, doctors, and our entire community!💙

We welcome this New Year in a reality where the war has been going on for its fourth year. A reality of loss, anxiety, darkness, and waiting. But also a reality of extraordinary strength, humanity, and unity.

For families living with cystic fibrosis, this war has doubled every challenge. Treatment, hospitals, travel, fear for children and loved ones, life between air-raid sirens… And at the same time—a daily fight for breath, for life, for the future.

I sincerely thank each and every one of you.
To the parents—for boundless love and resilience.
To the patients—for the courage to live and dream, no matter what.
To the doctors—for loyalty to your profession and to people, even in the hardest times.
You are an example of strength that cannot be broken.

As President of the NGO, together with the members of the Board—Larysa Voloshyna, Volodymyr Shvachko, and Margaryta Kravchuk—of the All-Ukrainian Association for Assistance to Patients with Cystic Fibrosis, we believe: we will endure. We will preserve life, dignity, and hope.

May the New Year bring not only a change of date on the calendar, but also the long-awaited peace, stability, and confidence in tomorrow.
May there be light in our homes—even when darkness surrounds us.
May there be faith in our hearts—even when it is hard.
May there always be people nearby who stand by us.

With gratitude to the Armed Forces of Ukraine for every day we live, and for faith and hope!

Happy New Year.
With faith in life and in Ukraine. 🇺🇦
